Compensation & Summer Program
Associate compensation at Davis & Harman LLP is competitive with other top Washington, DC law firms. Compensation is based on experience and achievement, and is reviewed annually. In addition to salary, associates are eligible for annual merit-based bonuses.
Employee benefits at Davis & Harman LLP include a generous 401(k) program, health, life and disability insurance, and reimbursement for bar examination expenses.
Our summer program is intended to provide summer associates with exposure to the firm’s culture and experience in the firm’s practice areas. The firm has actively recruited students from New York University, Georgetown University, George Washington University, the College of William & Mary, the University of Virginia, and the University of Florida. In addition, the firm regularly considers resumes submitted by students at other top law schools.

Summer associates are paid a weekly salary that is competitive with those paid by other top law firms in the Washington, DC area. The firm also offers reimbursement for travel expenses to and from schools that are located outside of the Metropolitan DC area.
