Prasanthi joined Davis & Harman LLP as an associate in January 2020.
After law school Prasanthi spent several years at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office where she served as general counsel to various professional licensing boards and prosecuted licensing disciplinary cases.
Before joining Davis & Harman Prasanthi received her LL.M in taxation from the University of Denver’s Graduate Tax Program, where she volunteered with the university’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Prasanthi then spent two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Crewson Paris of the United States Tax Court.
